WHO IS CJ?
CJ is an accomplished Entertainer.
CJ debuted his music at World Pride 2019 opening for Kristine W, Deborah Cox, NYC's 2019 NYFW and was the Guest Artist for the 2019 Youth Activist Hidden Hero Awards, presented by The Andrew Goodman Foundation.
CJ's musical style seamlessly blends cinematic grandeur with infectious rhythms inspired by his cultures, career and the NYC UnderGround Dance Club Scene, entrancing amalgamation of storytelling and vibrant new energy.
CJ Tyson's songwriting style, influenced by the likes of Roisin Murphy, Depeche Mode and American Pop Music, weaves together avant-garde lyricism and irresistible hooks, fusing experimental creativity and mainstream appeal.
With a versatile background as an entertainer beginning his career at 17 with Sesame Street Live and then Broadway for three years at the age of 21. CJ's artistic wisdom and discipline opened the doors to work/learn/contribute alongside Madonna, Beyonce, Shania Twain, Taylor Swift, Ledisi, Nigel (Understudy) in The Devil Wears Prada slated for Broadway, Fox's "I Can See Your Voice: Season 3", SNL and 5 seasons on the hit pop-culture phenomenon Lip Sync Battle. February 2025, CJ can be seen in Amy Schumer's "Kinda Pregnant" on Netflix.

-Bottled water/dry towels (2dancers/3band/CJ)
-Signed agreement prior to performance
-Full payment before completion of performance or 30 days after invoice sent date
